- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and tailored to the needs and expectations of the customer. My services are broad and quotes may be on hourly bases or priced per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly I work to discover my customers needs and expectations to ensure I can meet them with complete satisfaction. I have numerous services that can be tailored to the individual and I work to provide excellent services after contracting with each customer. Once I engage with a client I attempt to make it fun and stress free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. My experience includes managing several restaurants, sales to hundreds of restaurants, event planning, and owner of a casual catering location. My degree is in marketing which has certainly been applied in all aspects of my career. I have maintained food certifications, ongoing training of products and techniques, and developing skills involving new trends and customer interests.
