Our family owned company has worked with Bruce for several years now as a business coach. He brings great expertise to small business operations and is helping us stay on track with our business goals. He is thoughtful and thorouh in his approach, respectful of very diverse stake holders, and provides resources for just about every need we have from a business operating stand point. I would highly recommend him to any business needing support, or the objectivity of an outside expert.

We worked with Bruce for quite a while to help gather our very busy and crazy company back into working order. His help was tremendous in every aspect. He worked one on one with us as well as our employees. His knowledge was top notch in his industry. We were shortly able to sell our company for full price because of his help. We would recommend him highly. Jeannette Dean

I contacted Bruce over a year ago to help me consolidate three separate businesses into one, re-organize the operation and find funding that would allow the company to grow to its potential. Bruce drafted our business plan and determined budgets and operational costs. His re-organization plan helped us put the right people in the right places. And eliminated the ones that did not have a place. His cash flow analysis helped us ride through the rough spots and stay within our budgets. Through his network of associates, we were able to obtain legal, CPA, insurance and health benefits with firms we were comfortable with from the beginning. And his access to financial sources allowed us to find funding after several years of unsuccessful attempts. Bruce has become a very important member of our management team and we survived a very difficult first year of consolidation due to his help and council. I strongly recommend Bruce for any business of any size in any industry. He understands business and what it takes to be successful.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My standard hourly rates are: $125 for planning/strategy work and executive coaching $95 for process improvement and similar project work Project fees vary greatly, depending on client needs. For instance, I have completed business plans for as little as $950 and as much as $5000. I have executed well defined process improvement projects for as little as $1500 and as much as $8500, but there is usually an estimated return on investment of 3 to 10 times my total fees. I'm also willing to perform fixed fee projects if they can be well defined up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet initially to assess needs and outline a scope of work. Some clients prefer for me to perform an initial broad business assessment to verify needs and to surface other opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and many years of training and experience with an international and regional consulting firm. Although my certification is not current, I successfully completed the training and testing process to become a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) over 20 years ago. I have additional formal training and years of real world experience in business strategy and planning, lean six sigma business process improvement, and financial management and budgeting.
