Outstanding Service and Accountability!I recently had chimney crack repair work done by Itai Levison owner of OCD Chimney RGV and subject matter expert. When today's heavy rain caused some water dripping near the chimney area, I reached out for an urgent follow-up.True to his professional standard, Itai responded without hesitation. He took complete ownership and prioritized a house call engaged the issue. His post-service accountability and dedication are unmatchedhe stood behind his work 100% and he ensured everything was thoroughly secured against potential future uncertainty.Itai Levison is a true professional who honors his commitments long after the job is done. Responsive, professional, and timely! Itai came out and did some much needed repairs on our brick wood burning fireplace and was honest and thoroughly. Will have him out again for our annual inspection next year and definitely recommend.

They also build brick mailboxes! I called Itai for an estimate on a Wednesday, and he finished building it by Saturday. Very professional job at a fair price. Highly recommended!
