- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts with the menu selection {priced per guest} and from there we add on the layers of your event. You choose the plateware {priced in tiers}, service staff involvement and any additional rentals you need {table linens, centerpieces, etc.}
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend the top annual catering conference in Las Vegas and stay in touch with their experts and through trade publications. We are constantly learning and creating!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A combined love of food and people! We love what we do because it is always different!
