- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the varying requirements of most projects, custom quotes and pricing are on a per project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can meet with the customer, or we can take care of everything over the phone and email or text messages. All is secure and encrypted. I have an "In-Take" form the customer can fill out and send back to me via email or text message along with photos of their tax documents. I offer a quick, easy, and painless way to get your taxes done!
