- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects we do are priced by the Sq ft but every job is different. So most pricing is based upon time and materials needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want meet and find out the customers desires and concerns first. Then discuss budget and options to meet their budget and their expectations. My goal is to provide them with the most value for the dollar spent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has come from growing up around construction and from experience with my own homes and remodeling.
