Introduction: At Wayne's Flame Catering, preparing and smoking tournament-winner, quality wood-smoked meats is our passion. We treat each order as if it is being prepared for a panel of judges.
This is not a run-of-the-mill barbeque that has to be covered in sauce or dry, over-smoked meat; this is a great cuisine, covered with our special blend of herbs and spices and fully smoked to perfection -- no shortcuts.
We do ribs, brisket, whole turkeys, turkey breast, ham, chicken, sausage, hamburgers, hotdogs (large and all-beef Kosher), turkey legs, pork shoulder, pork tenderloin, and links.
We also have some Italian and Mexican food dishes.
We have a full line of vegetables, and if you have a preferred choice that is currently not on the menu, we will add it if it is feasible.
We are flexible. We will drop your order off at your event and leave, bring it and help with the setup and leave, or bring it, help with the setup, and stay and serve it.
We also do on-your-site cooking or smoking for hamburger, sausage, fish, and hotdog events (if time permits, we can also do turkey legs, chicken, and other meats).
