Kathy Vinson says, "Our AC went out suddenly over the weekend and I called Cool Hand first thing Monday morning. I spoke to both Bella and Rebecca who were both extremely kind and got me scheduled and confirmed right away. Anthony showed up on time and did an in depth evaluation and provided us with several options. We had an appointment in the middle of the evaluation and Anthony was kind enough to come back later in the day to provide his feedback and recommendations. While we could have done a band aid fix to get us through we ultimately decided a full HVAC replacement made the most sense for our situation. Cool Hand was here first thing this morning to get started on the install and our new AC is very quiet and I'm amazed at how fast the house is cooling down. While talking to Anthony yesterday, I asked about an electrical problem we were having with our kitchen breakers and he scheduled us for an electrical check up this morning with Shiloh. Shiloh also took his time explaining the various options and he was patient while I asked a lot of questions. I never felt like he was rushing and after making my decision he got right to work and got me taken care of today.This is my first time working with Cool Hand but I will be referring family/friends in the future. The whole team was not only kind and professional but they did a great job on the services."See more
