- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally it all depends on the individual clients needs, the size of the home, if the client will be recurring(discounted rate after 1st cleaning), and little extras that sometimes need to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will travel to the customers home to meet them and let them show me their home. I will have them go over exactly what they want and do not want done .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the past I cleaned houses in South Florida, the homes I have cleaned range from single apartments to mansions. I have done deep cleans, move ins/outs, one time cleaning or weekly.
