BEING RETIRED & ON FIXED INCOME, COMPETITIVE PRICING FOR QUALITY WORK ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO US. RENE RUBIO'S BID WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT HE HAD GOOD REVIEWS, AND WAS CLEARLY THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE VENDOR WE INTERVIEWED. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED, RENE'S CREW POWER WASHED & STAINED OUR 480sf DECK. ADDITIONALLY, WITHOUT BEING ASKED, THEY REPAIRED PORTIONS OF THE DECK (LOOSE BOARDS) AND OVERALL DID A COMPLETELY OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID THE JOB OVER TWO DAYS AS PROMISED AND LEFT THE WORKSITE CLEAN & TIDY. WE WERE SO PLEASED WE PAID THEM A LITTLE MORE THAN THEY ASKED, AND WHEN WE ARE READY TO RE-STAIN OUR FENCE, THEY WILL BE ON THE TOP OF THE LIST OF VENDORS WE CONTACT TO BID ON THAT PROJECT.
