- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Make sure they show you a copy of their insurance. (General Liability, Auto, Workmans Comp) 2. Ask how long they have been in business. (It is estimated there are 7800 roofing companies in DFW and only 800 have been in business longer than 2 years) 3. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau. 4. Always write your check to the company never give cash or write a check in the sales person name. 5. Beware of storm chasers if they are from out of town it will be hard for them to come back and warranty their work. (Local is the best way to go)
