Best Appliance was very responsive. Answered the phone after 6:30 pm and offered an appointment to look at my stove that evening. I chose a time for the following morning. I was contacted with a time the technician would arrive. Not a timeframe as many larger companies offer but an actual appointment. The technician was courteous and thorough. He diagnosed the issue and took care of the problem. Pricing was very fair.
