I found Chris and Same Day Service on Nextdoor and Thumbtack. After reading numerous 5-star reviews, I reached out to them online. Within two minutes, I got a response from them. I chose my own 3-hour window for an appointment the next day. Chris texted me when he was 20 minutes away and showed up right on time. He had his sister, Andrea, with him as she has been training with him. We were impressed with both of them! They got right to work to identify the issue with our clothes dryer. They were quick and efficient and showed us the damaged heating element that needed to be replaced. Chris showed me the replacement part online and its cost. I appreciate his transparency. I gladly give Chris and Andrea a glowing 5-star review and will be sure to call Same Day Service for any future issues with appliances around our house! They did a fantastic job!!

Had a great experience with Same Day today. Contacted them about an issue with my Samsung Refrigerator. They were on time (even a little early), understood the issue and refrigerator didn't need repair so only paid the service call. I will call them for any appliance issues in the future.
