Literally within minutes of submitting request and describing issue a solution was presented and pricing transparent. Had a leaky waterline under built-in Kitchenaid fridge, and instead of a costly repair of removing the entire door panel and replacing line, was able to locate and repair line saving us a lot of time and money! Will use again for future issues if they arise for sure 👍

Although I did not choose for Chris to repair the washer,, he was honest that the cost of parts and labor to repair the machine would have been more or similar cost to purchasing a new washer.
