Customer service great. They didn't stop until the work was complete. They fixed my friends fridge even after she had given up hope. It's not even 6 years old yet and has had all kinds of constant issues. But this team has come out several times to repair. And she she appreciates it much. I talked her into letting me invite strangers into her home to get this done and I'm glad y'all could assist and not give up. Thx!!

I found Chris and Same Day Service on Nextdoor and Thumbtack. After reading numerous 5-star reviews, I reached out to them online. Within two minutes, I got a response from them. I chose my own 3-hour window for an appointment the next day. Chris texted me when he was 20 minutes away and showed up right on time. He had his sister, Andrea, with him as she has been training with him. We were impressed with both of them! They got right to work to identify the issue with our clothes dryer. They were quick and efficient and showed us the damaged heating element that needed to be replaced. Chris showed me the replacement part online and its cost. I appreciate his transparency.
