- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not expensive company it's only a few of us we are responsible on our jobs. We have knowledge on all brands and model number. We are a honest company and we are proud of our work. We are not in the business of HVAC to steal customers money, we are here to help people fix their issues. Give us a call so you experience our work and customer service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we fix it the same day depending on the time. we have most of the parts in the van but If we don't fix it the same day we will be there first thing in the morning and if unit is not fixable we can install it the same day to. We have discounts for same day install and service too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ATI technical center is the college I attended. Also Central Texas commercial college, we are up-to-date with all the HVAC equipment, we are Lennox dealers , Trane, Goodman, carrier and all brands. We have knowledge on new construction HVAC, and remodel, light commercial.
