- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an assistant contact potential clients to schedule appointments to assess the work needed by home/ business owners. Once the assistant gets all the details needed, they get in contact with a general contractor and work out when they can come out and take a look at your home/ business. A contractor will come out and give you an estimate and send the details to an assistant that will generate a bid/ contract for the work needed. Should you choose to work with us, our customer assistant will work with you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have during the process. We pride ourselves in serving our clients and building mutual trust between one another is our priority. Quality, Integrity and Honesty is our motto!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 9 years of experience and definitely have many more to come. If there is something I am not knowledgeable in, I will take the time to find the resources to help me gain the knowledge I need to do the work my customers deserve. I strive and revel in personal growth and am determined and passionate about educating myself in anything I can learn!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young man, my mother needed help with the finances. She worked many jobs but still couldn’t make ends meet. At the age of 14 I made the decision to step up and help my mother in whatever way I could. The only work available at that time were construction jobs and I learned and absorbed everything quickly. I grew very fond of being able to build and create with my own hands and working in this industry has been one of the greatest joys of my professional career. I feel very blessed by God to be able to work in a field I genuinely enjoy and I pray that I can continue to work and grow in this Industry.
