Really good communication with Jameson. Clear objectives, a plan to get rid of the Squirrels, and showing up on time with plenty of text communication in between providing notice of when he could be out to perform the service.

Jameson and his associate, were very professional they came and assessed our rodent problem, on the initial free quote visit. They both answered all our questions and took us step by step through what was needed, and what their service provided... Based on their thoroughness on the matter, we hired them on the spot... They filled all holes and gaps with Steele wool and caulked along the windows, they even sealed and sanitized our attic leaving the house smelling orangey fresh!... ;) Jamerson assured us if we had anymore problems, to call him and he would come by at no cost to us, he even left me extra glue traps!... :) We are beyond HAPPY with our Experience and the Professionalism of BUG ME NOT Exterminators, and look forward to any future dealings we may have with them. Jameson and crew were great. He sealed and disinfected my house after a rodent infestation. He was super available and responsive to any questions I sent and knowledgable about the process. Hopefully I won't have any rodent issues again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use Bug Me Not.

Jamerson is great! He and his guys were professional and clean (he took his shoes off before coming in my house...which I really appreciated since its snowing!) Everything is set up and hopefully our rats will be under control soon. We liked him so much we decided to add his insect package to our plan. I would recommend!

Jamerson was honest and straightforward. He looked at my house and he said that my house is adequately sealed off from critters and rodents( previously done ) and it did not require any extra work. He did not charge me anything. I appreciated his honesty.

Semi-annual training and annual recertification classes help to keep my mind sharp but nothing beats field experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad introduced me to this field at 12 when he had a company. I would go out and help him this is what gave me my hard work ethic
