Really good communication with Jameson. Clear objectives, a plan to get rid of the Squirrels, and showing up on time with plenty of text communication in between providing notice of when he could be out to perform the service.

I highly recommend this company due to the honesty of the owner. I hired the company, because I thought I had bedbugs. Turned out what I had found wasn't a bedbug, but instead was a tiny beetle like bug. The owner could have easily lied to me about the problem and gotten my money. Instead he honestly responded to my texts that had photos of what I found. He was really nice and answered all my questions for free. If you want someone who isn't going to try and up sale you stuff this is the one to go with.

We went back and forth trying to schedule an appointment but once we did, they were punctual for the appointment and even accommodated a change. Initially I requested for outside pest control only. However, we realized it would be best to treat the interior as well and when they arrived, we asked to do both. Tech came prepared and was fully geared with a mask and other PPE. Would definitely recommend!
Jameson and crew were great. He sealed and disinfected my house after a rodent infestation. He was super available and responsive to any questions I sent and knowledgable about the process. Hopefully I won't have any rodent issues again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use Bug Me Not.

Semi-annual training and annual recertification classes help to keep my mind sharp but nothing beats field experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad introduced me to this field at 12 when he had a company. I would go out and help him this is what gave me my hard work ethic
