Attention to detail is an absolute must. Bright, safe, pest and stress free all year long! But on a more serious note, we pride ourselves on IPM (Integrated Pest Management) before jumping straight to controlled chemicals, and keep that in our back pocket as a last resort. Sometimes to get your desired effect as quickly as you want it, we have no other choice . But, if I have to wrestle a raccoon before hurting it, all I ask you to please make room, and watch me do work! Also, I strongly advise not wrestling a raccoon at all. Extremely fun but extremely dangerous. TTTO did an amazing job installing the Christmas lights on our home. He was punctual. Even agreed to work on a Saturday to accommodate my family's schedule! (It was also not the prettiest day out, as it was drizzling a good portion of the day). It would have been easy for him to reschedule or complain about the weather. He was very personable. The work looks awesome (and my wife is really happy every night the lights turn on, which is the most important part)! Looking forward to have him out again next year!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is an equation behind each price you see. If it’s too much, just tell me that. Just be real with me and i’ll be the same. My goal is to ultimately work with you not wonder what happened to you. Do you want a discount or a fee taken off, you gotta vocalize it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what they want, I have a picture so I can see what I’m working with, gauge your project and give a more accurate estimate on what is gonna cost. After this and laying it out for the customer, I like to give them room to think and come back to them after a day or so. But after that, we gotta put a plan of motion to get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been to a personal light installer course, which is continual yearly and keeps me certified. Certified through continued education for pest control, landscape lighting, Omni/jellyfish lighting. It’s always good to stay sharp so you can be keen on the new developments in lighting.
