- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for all cleanings is estimates until I have spoken with the customers regarding the cleaning. I base my pricing off the size of the home and the type of cleaning. I do offer a la carte services for your home. Recurring customers do have a better rate than the one-time cleanings. Please understand that the first cleaning with Bella's Maid for Cleaning Services will be the full price and you will receive the discounted rate once you have booked the 2nd cleaning for your recurring services. Effective July 10, 2023... all cleaning services will require a non-refundable deposit of $50 that will go toward the cleaning. Once the pricing and dates are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you directly for payment. Once the payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation text/email regarding cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask questions regarding the size of the home and the type of cleaning that they would like. It is very important to me to know the condition of your home at the time of the consultation. This means that I would like to know if you have had your home professional cleaned before (how often or long ago) or not. This helps me get an idea of how long it will take for me to clean your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cleaning since I was a little girl. Cleaning is very therapeutic to me. Bella's Maid for Cleaning Services started 8 years ago in Arkansas. Once I moved to the Dallas area, I decided to start my business up and I have loved all of my clients.
