Mobile notary appointments start at $80 Pricing is based on document type, mileage, time, and notarization in compliance with Texas law. • Same-day / Rush (under 2 hrs): +$35–$50 • After-hours (after 6 PM): +$30 • Weekend / Holiday: +$35 • Waiting time (15+ min): +$20 per 15 minutes • Second location: +$30
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I make the process as simple and stress-free as possible: 1. Initial Contact – I confirm the type of document that needs notarization and answer any questions about the process. 2. Scheduling – We arrange a convenient time and location that works best for the client. 3. Document & ID Review – Upon arrival, I verify identification, review the documents, and ensure everything is prepared for notarization. 4. Notarization – I complete the notarial act with accuracy and professionalism, making sure the client feels confident in each step. 5. Completion – Once notarization is finished, I provide any needed receipts or documentation and ensure the client has everything they need moving forward. My goal is always to provide a professional, reliable, and convenient experience so clients can have peace of mind knowing their documents are handled correctly the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public with formal training in both Georgia (2019) and Texas, giving me a strong foundation in state-specific notary laws and best practices. I’ve completed professional notary training programs that cover acknowledgments, jurats, loan signings, and proper document handling, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. In addition, I stay up to date through continuing education and professional resources to ensure that my clients always receive services that are compliant with Texas notarial laws. My background in working with a wide range of legal, real estate, and personal documents has given me hands-on experience in providing efficient and reliable notary services.
