Boomer Cornwell says, "Cannot recommend McAndrews Hot Tubs enough. We purchased a Strong Spa 2 years ago from another DFW hot tub retailer. It came with a 3-year warranty. However, the dealer stopped selling this brand and thus, decided to stop providing service (even though this is a clear violation of their dealer service agreement). Then our circulation pump stopped working. After multiple attempts to have this retailer adhere to their dealer service agreement, they made it abundantly clear that they were not willing to help us. They gave me several phone numbers to call and wished me good luck. I contacted Ryan at McAndrews. He agreed to help and provide the service we needed, even though it was warranty service and he wasnt going to make much (if any) money on the service call. He ordered the parts and drove from his office in Arlington to my house in McKinney and spent 30 minutes replacing the part and explaining why it stopped working. McAndrews Hot Tubs will definitely be my first phone call any time I need something for my hot tub and I highly recommend anyone do the same!"See more
