Introduction: After a lifetime of loving animals, I didn't think my love could go any deeper until my husband and I adopted two precious dogs from a shelter in Chicago a couple years ago. Carmen and Cody, Pug-Pekingese littermates, immediately burrowed a place into our hearts and became our babies, nicknamed "babins" by my husband. Our babins have such strong, unique personalities that there is never a dull moment. I absolutely love being a pet owner! Caring for them is a joy, even in their most mischievous moments. Not only do our sweet babins have their own unique personalities, but they also have unique needs. From intense situational and separation anxiety to sensitive stomachs, dominance issues and slipped discs, I have had plenty of reasons to spend countless hours educating myself on how to best care for our pets. I believe in providing a stable environment for them, only practicing positive reinforcement and using holistic health care methods when possible. My hope is for all animals to be loved and healthy. As a dog walker and pet sitter, I aim to provide the same loving care that you give your animals every day. Whether big dogs or little, cats, hamsters, pigs or reptiles -- I want to provide quality, dependable care, so you can feel at ease when you are not home. I'm happy to receive numerous pages of instructions, administer medications or care for special needs animals. I'm also available for special events. I can transport and care for your pet if you'd like them to make an appearance for a photo shoot, a wedding, a birthday party or any other important occasion.
