Introduction: We do not hire sales people. Most work on 100% commission and will do and say anything to get your business. The average life of a roof salesman is 2 months. Most are untrained and have no idea how to give helpful advice or money saving tips. We ( CJ and Alfredo, the 2 owners) take time to meet every customer and listen to each customer's individual needs before giving the most money efficient proposal to meet their needs. We have worked with our crews for more than 2 years and hire quality, reliable talent for labor.

The whole Carsa team was easy to work with and created the room that I had pictured in my head. They were on top of permits and adapted with the delays in the project and extra requests. My family is very grateful to have worked with these guys and look forward to working with them on any future projects.

Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Garage • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months

We did two shower remodels and CJ and his team did a thorough job of the projects. Apart from the Initial meetings to review the design and material there was very little supervision or involvement. We are extremely pleased with the results.

I contracted this company to remodel my living room, restore my hardwood floor, install new entry doors and a couple of other small custom projects related to the same room. I was impressed by their hard work, attention to detail and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again.

CJ and his team were great to work with. After receiving estimates from 4 different people, we contracted with Carsa Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Their price was very competitive. The bathroom is small but it was a big job. We removed the garden tub, relocated the shower and extended the closet where the shower once was. Our master bathroom went from an average builder's bathroom to an inviting, comfortable and spacious retreat.

My project is about 85% complete, but I didn't want to hesitate writing my review about my experience so far with CJ and Carsa Construction. From the beginning, every person I have worked with has been thorough, responsive, and timely (whether it be CJ or his partners). As a general contractor, CJ excels in his ability to proactive communicate and respond to every area of detail--it is a quality hard to find in my experience having remodeling projects completed in the past. Even further, his entire team has embodied the utmost level of professionalism, care, and attention to my home--every night they have ensured they clean up after the day's work, and they are proactively thoughtful throughout the project to communicate openly and transparently with me on every level to ensure I am made aware of any items of discussion immediately (which is part of the process when you remodel, as you find things along the way). In a short period of time, I have grown to trust his team implicitly--they arrive promptly, they are courteous that I work at home, they are completely respectful of the most simple things (like asking me if it's Ok to eat lunch inside on a cold day), and I trust leaving them in my home when I am not here. Being impressed puts it very lightly with this team, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every person on the team. While still a few odds / ends to complete, I came home this evening to find that the team had literally cleaned almost every inch of my bathroom (after the remodel), and it was obviously they even started dusting off some of my bedroom furniture (that had understood dust created from the work). This team is remarkable. Communication, Communication, and Communication--they obviously understand and respect it, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality, trustworthy, and honest team for your major home projects.

Details: Installation of new bathroom or flooring material • No plumbing fixtures will be relocated • Yes, electrical will need to be relocated • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Update the bathroom's look • Master (attached to main bedroom) • Residential

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet your contractor in person. Being on time and keeping appointments is very important and shows responsibility and that they value your time and the job. Always ask to see license and insurance. This weeds out most under reliable and pass-by-night contractors
