My process is simple and focused on making the job as smooth as possible. First, I gather the details of the project, including measurements, photos, and the customer’s goals. I then provide an honest recommendation and a clear estimate with no hidden surprises. Once approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time, arrive on time, protect the work area, complete the installation or repair with quality craftsmanship, and thoroughly clean up before leaving. Before I finish, I walk the customer through the completed work to make sure they’re completely satisfied and answer any questions they have.
