- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are given when weekly or bi weekly services are booked for cleaning. We offer 10% off any additional service that is booked ( cleaning, handyman services or painting) and always give a 15% discount for referrals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always attend the first service for a client. I’m very hands on and love to interact with people and make sure I get a clear understanding of their needs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family owned and operated. Years of combined experience and we also own a window & glass company
