Higher Ground is a premium lawn care company that is a locally and family owned business. We use organic and non-organic products in our Annual Lawn Care Plan. We currently operate in the DFW metro areas of Grand Prairie, Arlington, Mansfield, Irving, Cedar Hill, Desoto, and into Ellis county towards Midlothian, Ovilla and Glenn Heights. We are licensed by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture, TDA License No. 0727441 and carry $1 million liability insurance policy. We specialize in weed control, lawn pest control (including mosquito control), shrub/tree care and fertilization. I love the fact that I get to be outdoors each day and make people's homes and outdoors spaces look amazing and they can feel good about it!

Higher Ground.. What can I say... You were quick to respond to my request, kind in your messages, you were not the cheapest, but I'm smart enough to know, you get what you pay for, so I took a chance with Higher Ground. My yard is immaculate. I paid for mowing, edging and blowing. I was only going to use their service one time, so I paid the more expensive $55 rate, however I will certainly use them again and I will be using them to blanket treat my yard for weeds. I would be more than comfortable recommending them to a friend. Just to put it in perspective, I put a request on Thumbtack Sunday night. Within minutes I had a response, by mid morning Monday, my yard was mowed. That's about as efficient as it gets. Thank you !!!!

They have perform these services at their schedules times and very educated on the chemicals he useing for my lawn and shrubs! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $65 plus tax for lawns up to 5000 sqft of treatable area. $72-$100 for lawn 5000 sqft - 10,000 sqft per application. No contracts. You can either pay for the annual plan in full and get a 5% discount or pay after each application. We also offer military and First Responders discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can request your free estimate from our website. HigherGroundLM.com I am able to measure your property online and email you an estimate. After I email you the estimate, we will schedule a lawn inspection to go over our lawn care plan and address any concerns you have over your lawn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension service. We also take continuing education classes every year.
