- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Counseling services(general)- $80/hr Cancellation fee - $75 (24-hour notice required to avoid cancellation fee. )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a two hour initial session to set the series of counselling sessions unique to the individual or couple. We then hold those sessions with the final session being a moment of sharing between the couple what came out of the individual sessions. Our final session is an evaluation of the experience.
