Anthony came out and realized that the request I had put in didn’t fall under Cool Experts wheelhouse (my mistake), yet he was happy to help me troubleshoot and ended up helping me fix a problem that had been persisting unresolved for nearly a year! Incredibly professional Anthony knew exactly what needs to be done and got it done really quickly and it is an extremely fair price. They were super fast to respond. Come over have a look and fix my broken AC in the single first visit. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

We had a specialty job that we needed help with: vented hood installation, which required creating new ducting through the home and installing a remote blower. We spoke to various ducting companies, handy men, and cooling / heating companies, but nobody had the experience or specialty to be able to do it. Cody walked in, took a look and quickly walked us through the entire project and some of the roadblocks we might run into. When the project started, Cody and Anthony communicated all the steps with us, were punctual, were professional, were courteous, were very respectful and were extremely clean. It was truly turnkey, like Cody had said, and we didn't have to stress or worry about it a thing. Additionally, we didn't have to clean after them because they cleaned as they worked. Finally, the installation went smoothly and the project looks perfect. On a side note, our heat when out during the winter storm, and Anthony went above and beyond and came out on the icy roads to fix our heat (saved our behinds). Cool Experts is our Heating / Cooling company for life. As many people have stated before Cody and Anthony are great people and very easy to work with. 10/10 would hire again in a heart beat.

Cody did an excellent job. We wanted new ducts installed in an unfinished room. He knew what needs to be done. He provided the best possible option, scheduled as per my timeline and finished.
