I truly cannot say enough good things about Pina Coolada. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help their customers went above and beyond any HVAC company I have worked with in the Austin area.Last week, I was left completely up a creek by another big name HVAC company. That "big name" company came to my house to service an AC system that was leaking but still working. About an hour after they left, my AC stopped working altogether. I was working at the time, so I wasnt able to immediately double-check their work.When I called the company back, I was met with very little concern or help. They scheduled me for 8:00 a.m. the following day, and I ended up waiting the entire day for someone to arrive. I called approximately six times throughout the day to check in and was repeatedly assured that I would still be seen. Then, at 7:30 that evening, I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled. When I called AGAIN, I was told they could reschedule me for Sunday.At that point, I was furious and honestly could not believe a company would treat a customer that way.Enter Pina Coolada.I called and left them a voicemail, and within 10 minutes, Bryan called me back. He immediately took the time to walk me through a simple restart of the system over the phone, and within FIVE MINUTES, my AC was running again.Bryan then scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the very next morning. Emilio arrived, took care of the system properly, and my AC has been running smoothly ever since.I cannot thank Bryan, Emilio, and the entire Pina Coolada team enough. After such an incredibly frustrating experience with that other company, their kindness, responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to actually help were such a breath of fresh air.I HIGHLY recommend Pina Coolada for your HVAC needs.6 out of 5 stars!

I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough! They were professional. knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to actually figure out what was going on instead of just trying to sell us something we didn't need, explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was completely taken care of.Their customer service was amazing, communication was great and the tech was honest, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing! It's hard to find a company you can trust, especially with HVAC repairs, but I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC or heating work, 10/10 experience!

Our downstairs A/C stopped cooling and I called multiple companies to try to get it working. Most companies couldn't come out for a bit and then tried to overcharge for the equipment we needed. Brian got back to me quickly and our AC was fixed within 48 hours of the issue even though he had to get the part. All other companies were going to charge me more and not be able to do it for at least a week. Pina colada is 100% my new AC folks. They are a family business and I got to meet his sweet wife.
