Christopher was extremely responsive and kind even though I submitted my work request at an off-hours time. He was quick to do research for me to make sure I got exactly the right flooring materials, and agreed to come meet me for an estimate on day 1 of meeting him. I will certainly be contacting Christopher again for any flooring needs I have in the future!

Christopher at Craftsman Floors took as much time as needed in analyzing a flooring project which has some leveling issues and what it might take to resolve those issues, discussing possible options. Still considering possible options, but greatly appreciated the time taken and great communication.

Christopher is absolutely fantastic to work with. In addition to being incredibly talented at his craft (at very reasonable prices too!), he is also just a wonderful person. From day one of the quote, Christopher was incredibly helpful, communicative, and answered any and all questions I had as some of the work was going to be DIY. Despite a couple unanticipated hurdles uncovered during the demo of the previous flooring, Christopher was able to adapt and do a beautiful install. We will definitely be using him again for our next floor renovation without a second thought.

We have used Chris for three separate projects and we are a little sad that we are running out of space to put new flooring. The first time we used him our renters flooded a room and we had to pull up the bamboo and replace it with something a little more "renter friendly." Time was of the essence because of the standing water and also because for whatever reason we want to keep our tenants. No problem! Chris even fixed some of the more interesting things the owner (me) put in incorrectly - apparently stairs are not my forte. The second project was to tear out 50 year old carpet and install hickory in our new home. Again, no problem. And today we used him to install luxury vinyl in a bathroom remodel that involved some challenges around and under the sink cabinet. It looks fantastic. Chris also does a lot of the little things like run your extra product back to the store with you because you thought a compact car would be all you needed. He is a great guy to work with, reliable, reasonably priced (I told him he needs to double his prices), and meticulous.
