- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size and amount of junk being removed. I offer fair, upfront rates with no hidden fees. Single item pickups start at $90. I provide free quotes over text, and I always let you know the total cost before starting any job. Discounts are available for larger cleanouts or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I ask for a brief description or photos of what needs to be removed to give a free quote. We schedule a convenient time for pickup. I arrive on time, load everything safely and efficiently, and clean up the area before leaving. Payment is collected after the job is complete, and I always make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in junk removal, moving, and general labor, including safely lifting and hauling furniture and debris. I’ve learned through real on-site work how to handle items carefully, load efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction with every job.
