Krystle has been incredible these past few weeks; I am looking forward to my continued training! I’ve been looking for trainers for a couple of months now. Most of them are focused on upselling you to more sessions. That means their goals don’t align with yours. Krystle is different! She actually wants you to make progress so nutrition/ diet. She talks with you about your past way to work towards your realistic goals. The workouts are fun, she’s funny she knows her stuff she’s encouraging she pushes you a lot and that’s the whole point and that’s what makes her worth it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer bundle pricing as well as group rates. Any prepaid packages are non-refundable after the first session has started. You will have 6 months to use your sessions before they expire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a free consultation and assessment to set goals, discuss needs, and devise a proper all inclusive training plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from OSU with Diagnostic Medical Sonography degree and BA Exercise Science
