- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to book, with the rest being due by the day of the shoot (prior to actual shoot time). Weddings require a 25% deposit to book with multiple payment plan options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some time is spent getting to know each other. This helps me better understand the needs or direction the feel of the shoot should go. Then we discuss concepts, schedule, and then we meet to shoot. Here I make it my mission to erase any doubts or insecurities, creating a comfortable environment for the individual to shine and display the best version of themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Computer Animation, where I specialized in Compositing. This allowed me to develop an eye for color and composition.
