- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What sets us apart in pricing is that we do not mark up any maintenance that we coordinate for clients. There is no conflict of interest in work that we help to coordinate. We work with preferred vendors who prioritize our properties and offer preferential pricing, so those savings are passed down to our clients. We charge no management fee until rent is collected. We get paid when you get paid, so we are highly motivated to keep your investments performing at their maximum potential!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet with our clients in person, when possible, so they can put a face to the name and start the relationship in a positive way. After this initial meeting, we like to do a walk-through of the subject property and see what steps need to be taken to ensure the property meets Texas Property Code for Rentals. Simultaneously we answer any questions new clients may have about the management agreement to be sure everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed realtors, members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and have over 40 years of experience in the Austin Real Estate Market!
