- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on the materials, the number of squares and steepness of the roof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with the customer by identifying exactly what roofing materials and components they want for their home. I advise on the best type of materials and warranty. I work one on one and help through the whole process including insurance claims.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained by GAF as a GAF Certified Roofer and Certified by the Independent Construction Contractors of America to handle insurance claims.
