We believe in straightforward and transparent pricing with no scare tactics or hidden fees. Every septic system and property is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, accessibility, system type and site conditions. We always explain recommended repairs clearly before work begins and provide honest options whenever possible. Our goal is to solve problems efficiently while helping customers avoid unnecessary expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening carefully to the customer’s concerns and gathering information about the system and symptoms they’re experiencing. From there, we schedule an inspection or diagnostic visit, identify the root cause and explain the findings clearly. We then provide straightforward repair or replacement options with transparent pricing so the customer understands exactly what work is recommended and why. Communication and reliability are a major part of our process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Septic Cheetah is a licensed Texas septic company with hands-on experience in septic diagnostics, aerobic systems, drain field restoration, inspections and installations.
