ACA came out and installed some kitchen lights and ran networking cables throughout the house.
Everything went smoothly, Chris came out and had a look around and we talked about the projects I had in mind, Dana worked up an estimate within a day or two. After I decided which jobs to move ahead with we scheduled a time for them to come do the work and they showed up when then said they would and got it knocked out.
Best of all, when they were done, there were a few things that didn't turn out quite how I thought they would, but I called Dana up and they came back a day or two later and got it changed within an hour.
Would do buisness with again.

Chris did a great job cleaning up the botched wiring job another cabling contractor made. He showed up on time, explained the options, costs, materials, and procedure before any drilling started. The end result is a professional looking wiring job. I would definitely hire again.

I had an excellent experience with ACA Electronics for wiring ethernet cables throughout my home. They were responsive when I reached out and quickly gave me both a competitive quote and an appointment to scope the project.
The initial scoping took all of ten minutes and they detailed what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and the pros and cons. They provided details and walked me through all the steps they would be taking to achieve the vision I had. My home doesn't have attic access to the all of the parts of the home that needed wiring due to a vaulted ceiling but they provided a creative solution that achieved everything I was hoping for.
The arrived promptly on the scheduled service day, efficiently went about their work, and communicated again what they were going to do and how. The quality of their work was excellent when I reviewed it and they were patient and friendly with all of my questions. We haven't had any problems with the system they have installed.
I will definitely be reaching out to them for my future electrical projects.

Chris and Dana were great. I just moved into a new house and needed hard-wired network ports in a couple of rooms, as well as mounting a TV and speakers in my living room. Their bid for the work was not the lowest, but they were one of the only contractors who actually came out and assessed the work before they bid it. This mattered to me; I felt confident that they were giving me a bid that would let them deliver the quality I wanted without having to cut any corners. They were also able to make suggestions about where things should go and even some aspects of the project I hadn't thought were possible, like moving the location of the fiber line into my house, which they coordinated with Google and which vastly improved my router location (from the floor of my laundry room to a great central location in my server closet)!
They were on time every day, did the work they needed to do and cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm really happy with how everything looks, and with how everything works. I will happily work with them again in the future!

Working with ACA was an absolute pleasure. I needed some access points mounted and some cables ran and they went above and beyond with the suggestions on where to place everything as well as how fast the actually got the work done. And not only was it done fast, but done very well and very professional. Additionally ACA offered suggestions on potential other improvements to my infrastructure that I hadn’t thought of which was very welcome and appreciated. Will definitely work with ACA again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair. We are not the most or the least expensive, just somewhere in the middle. We are actually cheaper than Best Buy and you get much more personal service. We do consider the size of the job when offering pricing, so larger volumes of work do receive lower pricing per item. All of our products and services include ongoing customer support.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start every job with a FREE video consultation! We like to do a site-survey whenever possible. If it's not possible we would like to see your plans for the project. This allows us to prioritize the needs and wants of the customer and understand any issues unique to the home or business. We prefer to present our estimates in person whenever possible. When it is not possible or convenient to meet to review the estimate together, we will schedule a time to review the quote together over the phone. We Do Not email the quotes without an accompanying phone appointment. We don't expect the first draft to be the version that gets implemented. We expect feedback from the client so that we can tailor a proposal to meet the client's specific needs. Once we agree on the scope of work, we will ask for a deposit to begin acquiring materials and secure the installation date on the schedule. We will then perform the installation according to the scope of work. We will ask the customer to inspect the work and give feedback. After we all agree that the scope has been completed, we will then ask for final payment. If you read all of this then let me say a special thank-you!

Chris has worked as an independent contractor and a sole proprietor in this industry for 30 plus years. He is a Master craftsman and a seasoned professional. Dana studied interior design and has worked as an independent design consultant for many years. She is an artist with many years experience in color selection, space-planning, furniture selection, art and accessory selection, set design, home staging, interior design, commercial and residential.
