- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, fabric type, and condition of your furniture. We provide mobile upholstery cleaning throughout Austin and nearby areas. We use eco-friendly, fabric-safe cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets. Every piece is thoroughly rinsed with a neutralizing rinse to ensure no chemical residue is left on the fabric, giving you peace of mind and a fresh, clean feel. We offer honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts are available when multiple items are cleaned during the same visit. A minimum service fee may apply based on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your needs, confirming pricing, and scheduling a convenient appointment time. Upon arrival, we inspect the fabric and, if needed, perform a small test spot to ensure safe and effective cleaning. The furniture is first thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil and debris. We then apply an eco-friendly pre-spray and allow it to dwell for optimal results. The fabric is gently agitated using soft, natural materials to protect and preserve the upholstery fibers. Next, we rinse the fabric multiple times using a neutralizing rinse to remove all cleaning agents and leave the surface residue-free. If requested, we can lightly air-dry the fabric during the service to help reduce drying time. We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results. Payment is collected after the service is completed. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit or debit cards. Receipts are available upon request.
