They did a pretty good job. A couple of miscommunication errors, but they rectified them and all was well. Our home looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system which uses measurements to generate accurate pricing and materials needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit with the potential customer to view the project, and answer any questions that the customer has. I then gather information to provide them with an accurate quote. Many times I can present the quote on the spot. I let them know that I am available to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the EPA.
