  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For HVAC service calls we charge $105 for a diagnostic. This essentially pays for the drive time to the job and 30 minutes onsite diagnosing the issue. Once the issues is know we provide a upfront flat rate to make the needed repair. For Electrical service calls we charge $95 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. If material is used it would be added to the final invoice. We also offer estimates. Please call the office at to setup this service. More information can be found on our website gwmtexas Lastly, 5% discounts are offered to senior citizens and military personnel on service calls.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process with a new client is pretty simple. We will schedule a time to address your scope of work and get you taken care of. We collect one the work is complete and you are happy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Growing up with Grandparents that were salt of the earth I always found myself around hands on work. After high school I studied HVACR at a technical college in Cleburne and Waco. Once that was completed, I went on to Texas A&M were I studied construction science. I applied my skills for a large mechanical firm in Austin & Dallas for 5 years. While there I gained a ton of experience managing projects up to 25,000.000. In 2017 I opened GWM.
