The PC Tech was founded in the early 2000s. Located in Cleburne, we are a small, family-owned business (3 employees) and provide high quality service to residents and businesses in the DFW area.
We've been in business for 20 years and relocated to the DFW area 10 years ago. Now, we're looking to grow our customer base, cutting no corners, and always delivering. We re-joined Thumbtack for that reason.

While there are cheaper as well as more expensive options, we provide a thorough level of support and make sure customers are satisfied with the results. Customers are the lifeblood of our business. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask them what the issue is, along with questions that help us diagnose the issue. We ask them what their budget is and set expectations on budgeting if need be. Options are important, so that a customer understand that there are various choices.
