- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and competitive. I am not the fastest person around but I will do whatever it takes to do the job right. I prefer to quote a project rather than go by an hourly rate so that I can take the time to do the job right
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a visit to get to know the person and get an idea of how they want their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Agriculture Mechanization Technology from the University of Georgia. This degree consists of a curriculum that includes engineering, business, and general agriculture. I had also gone through several OSHA training classes.
