Updated 3/22/17: The initial work of cleaning was done very well. As other jobs were added, the quality decreased. He replaced the a/c and created a flood from the attic. After three months of many phone calls and visits, I was told all the repairs were complete. In preparation of changing tenants, I visited the property yesterday and found the repairs were never completed, painting was not completed, a/c not properly installed, no warranty and water damage was still evident. I spent over $5000 with C B Universal and lost my tenant. I now realize I didn't check his certifications thoroughly enough. Original: Very nice work done and I will be using them again when the need arises. They did painting, cleaning, carpet steaming, and other general make-ready services for a rental property.

We needed sheet rock in two different areas repaired due to a water leak we had. I contacted Chris, he came to the house and assessed the job then provided a quote. Chris is very efficient and the quality of work is outstanding!! Chris was able to complete the job within a couple of days. I will definitely call Chris the next time I need any type of home repairs. Thank you Chris!!

I am a carpenter by trade, I have been working home/building maintenance for over 12 years. I have been around construction my entire life. I'm a do it all type of guy. From the plumbing to the roof.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love homebuilding and everything about it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Any that one could think of. I have worked for many different people from all walks of life. And I've enjoyed the educational experience of it all.
