- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client should know that we can always give them some kind of discount as long as it does not affect us as workers, many times they hire people because they offer a very low price and in the end they must hire other people because the work does not have the appropriate quality
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process to follow with new clients is to show them that we are capable of doing what they need with the best quality and in the shortest possible time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My beginnings were helping my father in the same type of business, then I worked doing maintenance for two years in apartments and then I started my own business when I realized that I had learned enough to be able to offer excellent service with quality for the client be totally satisfied
