I contacted RusTECH solutions through Thumbtack on a Saturday when my computer would not boot up. Mr. Reynolds responded quickly to the request. We set up an appointment for Monday. and he fixed the issue and suggested a new hard drive which was installed two weeks after the original appointment. I liked Will's professional manner and he answered other questions I had about computers in general. He also made sure everything was in working order before he left and asked me to contact him if anything went wrong. I will contact him again if I have a computer problem. He was very thorough.

My laptop wont power on after I replaced thermal paste on cpu and gpu. At home it took about half an hour for him t find out if there is anything wrong with the pc. In the end he said the problem might be with the motherboard shot circuited. It would have been better if he could check the mother board but he said it is of no use.

    We offer an hourly rate for on site service, and also have monthly service offerings as well for a full managed service platform.

    I am constantly learning new and up and coming technology. I also stay current on certifications from Dell, and have certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I completed the new building construction for Georges Paint & Body. Completely wired for Data, Voice, and Surveillance and tied in the existing older building to fully connect both buildings together.
