Robert did a fantastic job and quick repair to replace a leaking faucet. Even better than that, he was very knowledgeable about the water softener and reverse osmosis systems. We recently moved in to an older home and had no information about that equipment. I will definitely use Tug's in the future.

I didn't have an emergency (just a bathroom sink) but they scheduled me immediately and Allen came right out. Allen was great -- quick, clean, and polite. Great experience. Would recommend.
