I've worked with Greg and referred him many times and he's highly skilled in helping people unpack their junk to get to the root of their hurt. I would recommend him to anyone in need of counseling in that realm. I've also heard from others that his premarital counseling program is excellent.

My wife and I started attending couples and individual counseling sessions in the beginning of 2009 and continued on until the later part of 2011. Greg's counsel was both wise, poignant, and laced with love and truth that only comes with knowing Christ and restoration the way he does. He was always on-time with our appointments and worked with us as far as payment goes. I absolutely, unequivocally, and truly recommend him to any and everyone I find out needs or wants counseling.

My husband and I had seen other counselors in the past and had not been able to move forward. After receiving wise council from Greg, our focus has changed, we don't feel stuck. Greg simplifies issues that seem too huge to tackle. We strongly recommend Greg Wells and 240 Counseling. Our experience with Greg has taught us more about God's desire for our marriage and for us individually.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work on a sliding-fee scale. Based on the qualification level of the counselor you choose to see along with your (or you and your spouse's, if married) gross annual income, your per-session fee will be anywhere between $50-$150 per hour.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Individual (children, teens, and adults), couples, and family counseling from a caring, Christian perspective. We offer both in-office and remote (telephone and video via Skype or Facetime) counseling to our clients, all on a sliding-fee scale.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your counselor is a good "fit" for you. Finding the right counselor is very important. Several years ago it took visits to three different counselors before my wife and I (Greg) found the one that was right for us. How did we know? It simply felt right; felt like the counselor understood us and our problems. If at the end of your session you and your counselor determine that for whatever reason you’re not right for each other, we’ll be glad to give you the names of several other counselors in the area to whom we would refer friends and/or family. The important thing is that you get the help you need--whether with us, or with someone else.
