- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are very upfront with our pricing. our bids are line itemed so you can see what each item is going to cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial appointment to discuss your project. We will then work up a bid, if the bid fits your budget then we can meet with Licensed trades and other sub contractors to get exact pricing (we are generally really close so the bid doesn't change much if at all). we will ask you to make selections that effect price such as tile. they we dial in the bid and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction almost 20 years, I was also an insurance adjuster. if you have an insurance loss we can walk you through start to finish!
