Shorty's Plumbing responded to my ASAP request to fix a gas leak within 10 minutes of posting. They gave a fixed (reasonable) price for the pressure test which would be required, and a price estimate guessing at what the repair would involve. The crew was at the house within 3 hours of posting the job. It was the second plumbing company I had hired to fix the gas leak. This time the repair was completed properly and within the pre-discussed cost. Shorty's even accepted CC payment (my preferred method). The only very minor nit-pick would be they had to call the payment details back into the office for processing, but I was emailed the receipt. Not a problem at all. They will be my first call on the next plumbing issue.

The job done was excellent. He got right to the problem, did a great job and charged what his advertisement said. I will use Shorty for ANY of my plumbing needs in the future. He does foundation work too. Hopefully I will never need foundation work, if I do, he's who I will call.

Shorty, Chris, and the team came out to review the situation at my home. Rather than jump right in with work, they found an alternative method for running a camera down my line. (Cleanout wasn't available.) They found a problem, proposed a solution with a fair price, and executed on the plan. They kept me appraised the whole time, informing me of any additional problems encountered, and provided recommendations on the course of action. They were careful to respect my budgetary concerns. We are so very grateful to have a usable sewer system again!

Yes we have a Standard Pricebook that we use. Once our specialist diagnose the issue, they will sit down with you, and show you the price in our pricebook IN PERSON. This way there are no hidden fees. The price is the price as it states in our book.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak to customer over the phone in order to find out exactly what the issue is, this is to help partially diagnose what kind of issue they are having, and in order to help us figure out the right technician specialist to send to their home.
