I have used the Thumbtack app for years and have generally had good experiences with it. However, my recent experience with ApplianceRx Repair Service and Alex really stood out in a positive way. Alex took the time to thoroughly review the information and photos I sent about the issue and responded quickly with a clear, fair quote. Unlike many other contractors who simply replied with generic questions or sent unnecessary texts and emails, Alex was direct, professional, and solution-focused. Because of that, I declined the other offers and chose to proceed with Alex’s quote. He arrived on time, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. After the job was done, he also took the time to explain the work he performed and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend ApplianceRx Repair Service and Alex for any home appliance repairs. Alex did a fantastic job uninstalling and reinstalling my dishwasher. He was available right away and did a great job! My dishwasher is now installed the way it was supposed to be! I’ll definitely call him again with any appliance issues.
