Alex was on time, on a weekend and diagnosed my issue within minutes. He took extra time to ensure there were not additional issues, was thorough in his investigation and explained everything to me so I could understand. He fixed the problem immediately and charged a fair price. He left my laundry area better than he found it and informed me how to best care for my washer in the future as well.

Alex was great! He was very responsive and answered within minutes of me putting in a request for a quote. We were in desperate need on a Sunday night of help with our LG washer. As it wasn't draining we had tried everything that we knew of to try to get it to work properly. Alex answered and was with us the next morning to try and figure out the issue. He was immediately able to determine what the problem was which was we basically needed a new motor. He came back to install it and now our washer runs like brand new! Please make sure that you utilize his services. He is prompt, friendly, professional, and can definitely help out in a pinch! Thank you Alex for being the one that answered our call!
